  I've been playing this game for over a year now and I've got to tell you things have gone from bad to worse it's impossible to level your hero after level 60 they're throwing cash shop tournament at you every week to keep up with the Joneses not fixing their game installing worthless fluff item oh yeah and above all they lie say that they're going to look at something you never do. PS they still haven't gotten back to me about my original account.

  Terrible experience - play another game. They changed the rules after years of building and saving items I paid for during events. When we try to use these items we have legally obtained, they take them away and state that it is harmful to the game, and the compensation is not even remotely close to what you bought or obtained previously. They are doing the bait and switch and waiting until you can't request money back for the game to switch. BEWARE P.S. DECA support won't help.

  Pay to win game, after recent update (20.03.2019) the game became even more pay to win, super difficult for free to play players and players who are lower levels. To win the main prize in both solo and team events is now extremely time and resources consuming, where top prizes haven't changed and remain the same worthless and trash items as before. The developers have 0 interest in their community, requests have been made to balance the units, research and building time lowered. None fulfilled.

  You cannot make it without a consistent payment. GG team has constantly increased the time needed for constructions to be built and there is no way to progress. I have played it for over 1 year and I will need at least 3 years more to get an acceptable level. The customer's services is very poor: I took part into a contest won a prize and they did not give it to me. Invest your time in something else.

  The game was killed by greed. The previous patches made it harder for people to play without spending tons of money. Construction and research times take months, even years and the "free" accs give you a few hours per day at most. Moreover, the last patch (20.03.2019.) is the ultimate patch of greed in which everything is harder to get and everything isn't worth the trouble. Do yourself a favor and find another game to play. EDIT: WROTE THE SAME COMMENT ON THEIR FB PAGE AND THEY BANNED ME :)))))

  It's taken 4 years for Deca to stop the hate speech here. Meanwhile they've actively promoted buying packs and gambling with rubies on fortune cards. They have forcibly reduced all gains on larger accounts..... Apparently because they want balance??? Surely larger accounts spend larger amounts 🙄🤔

  Do not play this game. To many issues with payments. not receiving bundle items and support always is pending with solutions. no receiving lost items in purchased bundles. played subscriptions usually not working. this year updates is total disaster. play something else.

  fun game but would be better if there was a limit what city could attack you stopping level 30 attacking level 20s and keeping the auto full wall on stopping empty walls.
