App has major issues with mobile orders randomly. Place an order, have your card charged, receive an email receipt, but the store never gets the order, and shows you paid zero. Then you get to argue with the store about the pending charge on your bank card that they say will never post. Store wants you to order and pay again in the store.

This app sucks it's absolutely insane to me that it has good reviews. It's slow. It's rigid. No promos work. The menu is horribly designed. The deals are weird and hidden and hard to get. It doesn't let you pay with credit card easily and acts weird. All around horrible. Not to mention their drinks are expensive lol

Guys, come on. You can't review order details? That's my biggest issue. The EBB I went to couldn't find my order and kept suggesting I had ordered from the wrong store (it turned out it was there, sitting out of the way, but no one remembered the order so it took a little while to find). Because I could not review order details, I couldn't confirm location. Also, you have to add funds instead of just doing instant transactions? Bleh.

It would be excellent if you were able to place an order for a specific time instead of just ASAP, and being able to order customizations (like extra meat for an upcharge) would also be helpful. But mostly, I was bummed I could not use my birthday reward on the app when ordering pick up ahead of time. Other than that, decent app.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP!!! The app has multiple issues, including, frequently, not working. It does not recognize an Einstein's Gift Card (their own card). You can't modify your order (no sauce, ect.). It does not let you order ahead of time- cannot set up order the day before. The bagels are good. Staff at store is excellent. App is awful.
