  the app doesn't allow edits to tips after submitting the order. when I place an order I can select a tip amount but once the order is accepted if anything changes like it takes too long or something's not in stock there's no way to edit the tip amount. so if it goes from two bottles to one bottle I can't the tip amount and I have to tip on two bottles even though there's just one bottle which is not fair favor needs to make this an allowable edit on the app

  Cannot change tip when less items EXIST. Bait and switch is rampant. No accountability for selling me from places that are not even open, or sometimes don't even exist. They hold restaurants to no accountability for listing items that are not even on the menu. They baited and switched me on items that the company hasn't existed for 2 months on and don't exist anymore. Zero accountability, zero standards. They say blame the stores, but THEY are the ones advertising the items to me. So awful 😞.

  So the app is generally good, they have lower fees, more promotions, and generally faster service than others. however, I do have to rate them a bit lower because their menus tend to be very inaccurate for a majority of restaurants, I end up ordering through different services and paying more due to them not listing a lot of the options that are available, I also have the opposite problem where it'll list an option the restaurant doesn't actually have.

  It's 2* because their customer service people were very friendly and helpful when I reached out. Credit to them. I've ordered multiple times and only once did a delivery go smoothly. I've had "Runners" pick up my order and drive miles away before coming back to my location, pick up my order and just sit at the restaurant for literally 20 mins, or this last time, accept my order but never actually go to the restaurant. I've never had these issues with GrubHub or Doordash. I can't recommend Favor

  I do really like Favor. I feel like I'm getting the best value of the food delivery apps, and they have good options. Unfortunately, as of now, they are allowing Runners to pickup multiple orders, but their app is not designed to inform the customer this is happening. This makes it look like the Runner is going the wrong way. I confirmed this with support, and they closed my case just as I pressed send on my feedback so I don't think anyone saw it there. I didn't want to post publicly but 🤷🏼‍♀

  Worth the membership fee. Estimated delivery times for HEB are off by about 30 minutes in my experience. Any partial refund accounting is very confusing but their customer service has been easily reached, professional & helpful. A really good driver is random but they have a few.

  I wish you would add Dollar General to your selection to get cigarettes. they are much cheaper there! also, why are cigarettes different prices for the same thing at different 7-Elevens?
