  The cookies are great! However the app is substandard at best. I've ordered 13 times in the app and of those 13, only 5 times did my points actually add to my account at completion of the order. I have to email in a day later after every order in order for points to be added to my account after an order. That gets old and needs to be fixed because I've read similar reviews experiencing the same issue.

  When I go to check out with Google Pay, it brings up a pop-up like when you're signing into your account, unlike the accordion menu that usually appears at the very bottom like every other app that uses Google Pay. It asks for multiple stages of info, then gives an error and doesn't let you check out anyway. Entering your CC manually doesn't let you copy a saved card from your wallet either. Completely dated

  I have used this app frequently to send cookies to my grandsons in College Station. I ordered a pack tonight, as classes resume tomorrow, but when checking out, my payment info is missing. There is no option to add a credit card. It was working fine when I sent them a pack during finals in December. There needs to be an option to add payment info.

  Let me just start with the cookies being amazing! The app and website are full of bugs and always slow. Want to edit your box of cookies that's a promo? Think again because it can't update it without thinking you're adding a second box. Have fun deleting it and waiting for it to catch up so you can start over. There are plenty of other issues with the app and site. Don't get me wrong, I'm a regular, but your company should either invest more into these or hire someone else to fix it.

  It is a decent app and I get cookies often. It has a few issues that are annoying. The biggest one for me is that I have to log back in every once in a while because the app logs me out. The cookie tracker also frequently pops up with an error message. Edit: the app will not let me use my gift card. A "gift card not found" message pops up. I checked the balance and it still has money on it. Not sure what the problem is.

  I have made sure to confirm my address multiple times in this app, set it as my home address, even confirm the pin location lines up correctly, but after I hit submit the app changes my address. For exaple, if my unit is 8, after hitting checkout, I reconfirm the address is for unit 8, but when I hit submit, it changes the unit to 1 or 5 or something. I have to call the store now to notify them the address is not correct and it sounds like I'm the idiot that can't enter their own address right
