Update ruined this. Audio is choppy. Hard to make offline practices. Downloads use way more storage now, literally more than 10x. Can't access previously downloaded, I guess they'll just be stuck wasting space on the phone, unusable. All with video, which who wants that for sleep, walking, etc. Wish I could undo the update.

This app has been an absolute game changer for me. I've tried meditating before using Headspace and YouTube videos, etc. but I just couldn't stick with it. I decided to do a 30-day trial of Down Dog last month, and I'm so glad I did. You can choose which voice you hear, how long you want to meditate, if you want breathing or just guided meditation, your preferred music, and the themes! I LOVE the themes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this app, and have told many others about it.

I like the sleep meditations but I am very disappointed that the music never stops. It just keeps going and going well beyond the length of time selected for the meditation. This may not be an issue for a regular meditation session but when you're barely asleep or hoping to be and you have to wake up to turn the music off and end the session it basically defeats the purpose of sleep meditation! Please add an option asap for the music and app to stop when the selected length of time has elapsed!

I've been hearing more and more about the positive benefits of mindful breathwork, and I was looking for some good guided practice. Lol and behold, Downdog's already got me covered! I've got a subscription for all their services, and I wasn't even using this one. I was missing out! It's got SO many goodies! Good coaches, good music, good options. Options for better sleep, options for more energy. Give it a look - there is a ton of value here.

I'm a long term meditator, and I really like that this app keeps it simple. I like to do 10 minutes a day around lunch time. I've been doing "mood boost". It really does make the rest of my day feel better. Love the voices and love the content. Sometimes it's nice to just do an app that isn't focused on making progress and improving, and I like that it doesn't track your streaks. That can be really discouraging when you miss a day.
