  This platform is trash. It is clunky, misleading and finds a way to make sure you pay fees when it shouldn't be necessary. It either fails and customer service makes you buy more or it pretends to transfer your funds out and then doesn't. Either way, customer service doesn't help or know what they are doing. The last one told me to "update" to a version three releases old. If you want your money held hostage, choose MoonPay. UPDATE: I caught these guys in a lie when they couldn't solve problems

  High fees, odd spread. Horrible to buy and sell on. Impossible to scalp without losing money. Takes forever to buy and sell. Can't set limit sales or buys and moonpay definitely abuses the spread buying and selling (shows purchase price higher than it even hit in that time frame). Support takes forever to get ahold of and not very helpful. Not transparent, overly pricey, seems to follow shady tactics. I only uses them out of necessity, but will do without in the future.

  They seem ok with small transactions, anything over $100, your money just vanishes....this review stands, contacted MoonPay Support, complete waste of time...once the transaction is completed, there is no going back...good riddance MoonPay...

  I was trying to make a purchase online they had a place where I could purchase cryptocurrency with my card at this place I get the link and it sent me to Moon pay... well let's just say that the money left my account via moonpay moonpay sent me a receipt saying that the money would be in my wallet then my account was put on restriction customer service won't help me with anything call the police.... scammed by them ...ic3.gov if you have an issue file a report . no attempt to help me at all

  Does not work after updates. Many issues including being unable to purchase anything in BCH as the software will not bo longer allow it due to the screen not loading. Support is as good as non existent

  Great app to do what you need to do, but with the new ui you don't have the ability to switch from dollars / fiat to crypto at 0 (zero), so I can't buy 20 units of any crypto, I have to input a dollar value so the arrow shows up, but I can't even tap the amount as you do on a simple calculator app to change the number at any position. The performance tracker lost all data / info when logged out and logged back in. There is a lot of room for improvement.

  instant on ramp. I don't mind the KYC but waiting a week to pull out my money to my own wallet I cannot do
