Instead of scrolling through social media, I pull out my tablet and start sketching ideas for my next project. The dynamic motion brushes allow me to create flowing designs that feel organic and fluid, making the experience incredibly satisfying.
On weekends, I often take the app outdoors. Whether I'm sitting in a park or at a coffee shop, the customizable color palette lets me capture the vibrant hues of the environment around me. I’ve painted everything from sunsets to cityscapes, all thanks to this versatile app.
User Experience
The user interface of AmberPaint - Motion Brush is intuitive and inviting. Upon launching the app, I was greeted by a clean layout that made navigation a breeze. The toolbar is easily accessible, and I appreciate the quick tutorial available for new users. As I dove into my first project, the feature workflow felt seamless. Swiping between brushes and colors was instantaneous, and the layering system was straightforward, allowing me to focus on creating rather than troubleshooting.
Performance-wise, the app is smooth and responsive. I've never experienced lag, even when working with multiple layers—a crucial aspect for any artist. My overall feeling after using AmberPaint is one of satisfaction; it truly enhances my creative workflow and inspires me to explore new techniques.

I found this pricing structure reasonable, especially considering the quality of the app and the potential for artistic growth it provides.

The app is regularly updated, which is essential for keeping the user experience fresh and responsive to feedback. I’ve noticed several improvements since I first downloaded it, including new brushes and performance enhancements. As an American user, I prioritize security and privacy in any app I use. AmberPaint - Motion Brush is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which reassures me of its legitimacy. Registration is straightforward, requiring minimal personal data, which is a plus for privacy-conscious users like myself.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, I was pleased to find that AmberPaint minimizes intrusive advertisements, allowing for an uninterrupted creative experience. The app does collect some usage data to improve functionality, but it is transparent about this and provides users with control over their data. Overall, I feel comfortable using AmberPaint - Motion Brush, knowing that my information is handled with care.

it's alright, i guess, but there are a lot of ads. the brush options are quite weird, and the UI felt.. clunky? to me. buttons are small or in weird places, and there were basically no settings. definitely an app meant for fun, and not really any artistic potential. it's pretty much only good for doodles or a few minutes of messing around; i can't imagine sitting down to actually draw with this app.

Saw the creators videos and liked the vibe so I thought I'd try it out. I didn't even bother with a single brushstroke, except for 2 brushes the rest are all locked behind a paywall. Not worth it. If the brushes were free, or if it was advertised as a pay-to-function app, it'd be fine, but its not, so it isn't. I'll go check for an apk for everything free but if I can't find one I don't really care.

Awful. The animated brushes are great, which is why I'm so disappointed. There's popup, unskippable double ads every 5 minutes, and you have to watch an ad to use literally any one of the brushes. Half of the screen doesn't even register touch, so you have to drag your finger down from a spot in which it does register and then drag it to the spot you want to draw in. There's no eyedrop tool, no fill tool, nothing. Trying to zoom in and out or move the canvas is super janky. 0/10 experience.

Ads.. ads...ads... and more ads. It's hard to draw anything with an add popping up. Not only that but they don't have an x button 9 times out of 10 you can't back out of the ad. No layers either? so you'd best draw on another app And add some lines from this app onto already drawn art. This app would be good without interruption. I can't even test to see if I like it enough to pay for it because of the ads.

I love the idea of this app but with all the ads it's basically unusable. I tryed to make a simple drawing and while drawing it sent me right to an ad the kept redirecting me to the app store and kicked me out of my drawing and every single time I re entered the drawing I kept getting even more ads that were unskipable and that kept taking me off the app. to make it even worse when I finally got out of the ads my Brush color was changed and I couldn't get my original color back.
