  Can I get English messages. The motivation in crafto is super if only I can share with non malayalis it will be still better I am unable to get it in English. How to use both the version?

  I changed my phone and downloaded crafto app on another phone but even after trying several times OTP did not come on the phone. Crafto people called and sometimes asked for screenshots and sometimes screen recording. I sent them all but my problem was not solved. very bed for me 👎👎

  USERS BE CAREFUL"VERY POOR customer service. My money was deducted through Autopay without my consent. I immediately contacted support for a refund, but they are hiding behind policies instead of helping a genuine customer. this was my first transaction and I expected better ethics. I have already cancelled the Autopay and will suggest others to be CAREFUL. I still demand my REFUND for this accidental charge! "
