4.3

I have all kinds of calls coming through which I never had before this latest update . I am NOT HAPPY! What good is it to have this protection when you are letting calls go through? It's like the app could care less if you have the settings set to block calls or left them go to voicemail! The ones getting through say "allowed" or "valid number" ! It's not valid or allowed when I've blocked all calls except those on my contact list! You need to fix this!!!

This app has crashed more than ten times just in the last week alone, doesn't help very much in blocking fraud/spam calls like it used to. I would think AT&T would have a better product than this. very disappointed that this app seems to be not as good as the past'😥 Than they want you to upgrade for better coverage for a monthly price of $7 for each product! We've been AT&T customers for over 50 years and also AT&T retirees and it's sad that your product is inferior /

This app has a massive loophole. Spammers have figured out that if they call 2 or 3 times in a single minute, the network fails to process the block fast enough and lets the call through as "Allowed." I shouldn't have to use my phone's built-in block list to clean up after an app I'm paying AT&T for. For this reason I'm switching to T-Mobile's network.

The app constantly scans now, after the latest update! I've seen it do 3 scans within 10 minutes. I've disabled all the alerts, as the constant notifications are extremely annoying! The constant scans are really loading up the cpu as well! If this app gets any more annoying, I'm just going to delete it! BTW, deleting & reinstalling the app had no effect. It still scans far too much! EDIT- Call routing is turned off & has absolutely nothing to do with this problem!

It's declining calls that are legit businesses. I've been missing the call to set up my car appointment about 05 times now and you can only schedule through a callback. This is annoying. From the constant dead zones with the phone service itself and not this. I switched from T-Mobile since I was getting the thumbs Internet service and a cheaper plan, but cheaper is clearly not better when it gives to phone service.
