It's a massive oversight that I can't view connected devices in the app and that there's not a button in the app yo turn on pairing mode. Some cheap Soundcore A40s I got from Amazon had this feature. These Bose headphones are amazing but getting them to connect to some devices that dobt have quick connect is a massive pain, e.g. trying to connect to a Nintendo Switch. I got them to show up once but not again and have never been able to get them to connect.

I never knew that the earbuds this app is for turn themselves off after 10 minutes of not detecting any movement. Who thought this was a good idea for earbuds? You can't even turn off the feature using this app, which is the ONLY reason I even installed this in the first place. Absurd design choice. I wish I had known beforehand, I would have gotten a different pair of earbuds entirely.

This is the buggiest app I've ever had to work with. There's a 50/50 chance of you not getting the controls to pop up when it's connected. I've worked with the JBL app and the Edifier app, and they have a way better interface and auto connect function. That being said, though, the Quiet Comfort earbuds are the best audio quality I've had out of all earbuds so far.

My headphones inconveniently answer incoming phone calls... I know it's because I lightly touch/take out my earbuds sometimes when getting a call. I went into the shortcuts to disable any and all phone call shortcuts as I don't want this to keep happening. The app wouldn't let me remove the shortcuts. I attempted to select "none", but this didn't work. The only options I had were to answer or reject. Please fix this , I shouldn't be forced to use shortcuts if I don't want them!

The earbuds are what you'd expect from Bose. This app, though, is horrible. Anytime I open it, it causes problems. If you open the app, it throws off your earbud connections. They act like they're not paired to other devices. Force close the app and suddenly they connect again? Click a link in the app, say for the manual or something, and it takes you to external web pages, some of which are broken and just go to the hosting site (not Bose).
