  I have a Free 3 day trial....This app will not let me use it in any way. I emailed the contact listed in policies for immediate cancellation. Inside the app there is no way to unsubscribe. This is false advertising by offering a free trial. Additionally, if you charge my account in anyway it is theft. The lack of an unsubscribe option within the app means there is no credibility for this app. I expect a response via email within 24hrs.

  In all fairness, I only tried the free version, however it only offers ONE hairstyle to try. Yes, that's right. Only one. And as if that alone is not already a deal breaker, it further punishes you by forcing you to watch loud ads everytime you press any feature whatsoever. I'm sure the paid version is awesome, however I'll let someone who's not on a fixed income be the judge of that.

  To start this off, it is completely ridiculous to pay 40 dollars a year for something that barely helps. In all fairness I did not waste my money on the premium version cause I figured, being that the app was free I wouldn't need it. The app only gives you ONE HAIRSTYLE TO TRY. What is even the point of the app if there is only one option. You might as well just make the app cost 40 dollars if you're going to do that. Not to mention that there is an ad after every little thing you do. No thanks.

  FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I signed up for the "3-day free trial", yet I was still asked to pay for a subscription while navigating, and attempting to use different functions within the app. had I been able to utilize the app during the free trial, to test and see if I enjoyed the app or not; I probably would have paid for the monthly subscription. However, I refuse to pay for something, before knowing if it's worth my money or not. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Repeatedly tried to use the app and only got errors to "Try again." Even though I'm in a free trial, app asks for additional payments, and these are the only features that magically seem to work. No obvious way to cancel the trial from the menu or contact their customer service. Waste of time.
