Latest update broke app. We use this app for timekeeping at our small business. Worked great until 1 or 2 days ago when it was updated. When logging anything: lunch, breaks, clocking, etc the app will give the spinning wheel of death and will not continue. This is happening on multiple devices, for all users.

I was having trouble with the app so I deleted and reinstalled and then it gave me an error when trying to sign back in. I emailed the customer service and it took them a week to respond the first time and several days in between each email. None of their solutions worked. It has been over a month now and they still haven't been able to fix my problem. They have the absolute worst customer service.

I cant log in. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The app doesn't accept my log in info and I get incorrect credentials when I try. I changed my password, it still doesn't work. I have tried to have a code sent to log in, but, once the code is sent, there is no space to type the code in. This is frustrating. I depend on the app for my schedule, because it changes often. Any help would be nice. Thank you

customer service needs to fix the missing/broken link in the automated email that is sent when you click "forgot my password". I tried to log in the other day and recieved a message saying that my username and/or password was incorrect. I clicked "forgot my password" which sent an automated email to my inbox which has an unclickable purple button labeled "sign in" and the message "You may also copy this link into your browser:" but there is no link. customer service is an AI chatbot.

Worthless!!!! I have to use this app for work but for some unknown reason on Monday I got logged out and now Homebase acts like I don't exist even though I've had the app for years. My boss has tried to fix, I have sent multiple emails about the problem but have heard nothing from Homebase. I see that others are having similar problems, so I wouldn't be shocked if like other tech companies they fired they're staff to replace with useless AI slop.
