This app is very helpful, except it is geared to time of day, without an option to report by meal. If I sleep late, my post-breakfast reading might be after 12:00 PM, so it's recorded as after lunch, and I might not get lunch till late afternoon. Also, if I get up extra early, I've got to hold off my first reading and breakfast until it's late enough that the app won't record it as an overnight reading. Please let me report what the occasion is instead of focusing on what time it is.

Clumsy UI for anything more than recording glucose levels. Doesn't sync well with Android. Links to website are not functioning. No FAQ (can we collect sample from an earlobe?) No link to video of someone modeling how to use the device for first-time users. No key / info button to explain the "tagging" icons. The daily blood glucose levels display is really good and color coding gives quick, visual data if you're in range. The icons for pre- and post-meal testing are easy to understand.

App is good, device is terrible. The One Touch Verio Flex device needs new batteries every 2-3 weeks!! Beyond that, the app is nice. I like that I can see averages for the past 7, 14, 30, and 90 days. I wish it tracked more than just the most recent a1c, but overall happy with the app.

For me, the app was easy enough to use and understand even without reading the user manual. However, their customer service/tech support is poor. In December 2025, the app glitches where the notes that I entered manually ran off the page when I run the report. It had not done that before. I contacted customer service and they work off a script. This issue should have been resolved but it wasn't. They called me back twice but with no real answers. I would rate their customer service a 1.

App will not sync without removing the device from my account and then reconnecting. It will only sync that one time and then I have to repeat this process every time I want to sync my readings. I would NOT recommend as many others have had the same issues with no resolve. Very disappointed as this is for health related data and it makes me wonder how secure our data and info really is. A poorly run app can't be that secure if you ask me.
