UPDATE 9/28/18 Since the last update, the app has been real buggy. Took a long time to load stories and videos. And now it won't even open. It just says "No articles found"...even when you can see new articles under the dialog box. And then when you click the ok, the whole app just shuts down. I've reinstalled a couple times with the same results. Maybe I'll check back later...or find something better. Wow...latest update just lost me. I'm staying off this app or uninstalling. LOUD video ads pop up out of nowhere as well as pop up ads everywhere. Not cool! And it's not formatted correctly. Let me know when it's fixed and I'll be back.

I've been using for years, but just recently the appreally started crapping out. If you click on any article, a different one will pop up. You literally have to back out and select an article and back out and select it again at least 2-3 times to actually get an article to come up. Videos don't play at all anymore. I think I'll check out TMZ on the web browser and not have to deal with the app, but I would prefer it just be fixed to the less glitchy app it used to be.

In the last year, especially the last about 6-8 months, the app repeatedly crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, I dont have that many other apps on my phone (not even Facebook) and I run security programs and cleared cache regularly. And this is NOT since covid - this was happening well before. I'm just getting super sick of it now! App crashes after having it open for less than 1 min. Freezes and closes in mid-article. Articles repeat after the top 5 newest, then they repeat again.

The app is great when it works. I'm lucky if 1 out of 10 times I open it from my notification screen it actually works. It's been the logo then a black screen. It used to work and then just freeze after being on it too long but now it doesn't show me anything more than a black acreen. They need to fix it.

I absolutely LOVED the tmz app. I had it for a while, and it was the very best at making sure I stayed updated on my celebrity news. Unfortunately, since the latest update, it reads "Could not find articles" and no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall there's still no resolve. If it was not for this issue, I would've easily given it a "5" but as long as the app cannot be accessed, I'm sorry tmz, but this is the best you gonna get from me. Please fix and I will DEFINITELY come back, but untill then ✌
