  So far loving and I just paid for the lifetime subscription after trying every similar app I could find. Only thing is the push to get a subscription to continue using features is very annoying and starts too soon. They let you have it for a couple days and then stop giving quick access to fave apps unless you start a trial, then reduce more and more features including app interruptions. But, to be fair, they aren't pushing you to pay immediately as they allow a 7 day trial at that point.

  This app works great. You can add your favorite apps to a main screen for easy access. Anything else has to be searched (also quick and easy). Not seeing icons and not having apps readily available bas cut down on my doomscrolling for sure. I do wish it also made apps grayscale. If Instagram, for example, were grayscale, it would definitely be less appealing.

  I was very skeptical about this, but it instantly halved the time I spend on my phone and even recontextualized my phone when I take it off (so it's like rehab). I have to take it off sometimes when I am traveling and need to find stuff "habitually", but it's really a very boring launcher. the app features like timers and blockers work even if you don't have the launcher running on the whole phone. I feel funny about paying for something so ugly and boring but that's what I needed.

  To update, their yearly subscription is now as much as their lifetime used to be. Lifetime subscription almost doubled. There still is not a way to even see what the app does before committing to at least 1 month subscription. These are greedy and predatory practices. Increasing cost without justification other than "added new features" is ridiculous. There are better and cheaper options out there. oh also, no ability to use widgets at all. Paying a huge premium for less features

  Great app that has definitely reduced my phone time. Even though I have the opportunity to "cheat"/open the app by waiting for the delay timer, it did make me consciously think about whether or not I really need to open it. And then setting times when I can completely block certain apps is wonderful. It gives you the little message about having the app blocked due to a reason which is a good reminder. overall, 5 stars.

  Great app, but I really dislike how my minimal homescreen is now contrasted with bright promotion of the paid version. It is very fluorescent and bright, which I think is a bit scummy and against the point

  I've tried a whole bunch of launchers, and they're all pretty boring in one way or another. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but if you put this one on your phone and just look at your home screen, you're going to get it immediately. It's cool as hell and just really different. If the lifetime cost was a little less, I'd actually pay for it. edit: how can I change the wallpaper image on my lock screen? I'd love to minimal screen to show up on the lock screen as well but don't know how to do it.

  its not a true minimalist launcher it's just cosplaying as one, if you are addicted to your phone sure use this one otherwise there are better launchers that are actually minimalist

  Love the app but what are these widgets and AI features that randomly downloaded onto the homescreen? I don't want them I want to delete these Edit: This was a third party app scummily naming itself "All Apps", This was nothing to do with minimalist phone. Download minimalist phone it's great
