  This app is very limited, not user-friendly, requires me to log in every time without the ability to save my password or use biometrics, and doesn't import my vehicles. It feels like an application from the 1990s...Come on, Discount Tire - it's time to upgrade, it's the mid-2020s!! Do you want to lose customers to your competition over your poor app interface????

  This app is not user friendly... jump through a bunch of hoops to not give me what I'm looking for... Here's a hint, there's not a tire button to click on... then while entering vehicle information, the keyboard pops up to block the choice every time there's a choice to be made in the drop down , it's covered up.... there's more nonsense, but I'll digress...

  The app stops responding at a certain spot. If you go to shop, select your vehicle, select shop recommended tires, and it freezes on the screen to select location. Also, why does the back button send you all the way back to the beginning of the home screen? This is just frustrating and makes you not want to use the app. It's bad enough that tire prices are outrageous right now, but to also have to fight the app just makes you give up.

  This app has promise, but in its current state, for me, it is unusable. I try to add a vehicle, but I saw one of my cars has been added twice for some reason, and I can't delete it to add another car. I have a lot of cars and have been taking them to Discount Tire for several years. After my negative experience with this app I think I may switch to a competitor that makes my shopping experience via their app better for me.

  Had the app installed for a matter of minutes and it's getting deleted. User interface is frustrating, it's quirky and buggy, can't use the vehicle visualizer to see how wheels look because the drop down menus to enter my vehicle info are completely non responsive when I try to tap on them. This was on a Galaxy S24.

  The Journey function doesn't function as described. It showed that I arrived at the shop, but not that I had checked in. This has happened several times. The shop assures me that they checked me in. I have 5 appointments in the app that show Missed or Canceled, that I actually showed up for on time.

  Put your shop in the Fing app i'm tired of going to your website. Because it's completely broken.

  Must login each time you open the app. Must shop for tires with external browser. Must login (again) on browser to shop. I can't find a reason to keep the app.
