The app is ok, but still has issues. It's the only app that pops up stating unusual activity, but then let's me close it and continue. Only happens on my home wifi. No VPN, no firewall, and didn't have issues before this new app version. You still can't see in store preorders from the app, nor can you see a simplified list of them. Some games are preorder, but show up as used in search results. They removed the release date from the search results view so you have to tap into the game to see it.

yeah you guys can go ahead and might as well cancel this whole app and just use the web browser. always glitches out on me takes forever to load, I place an order on the app for pickup and it has not gone through to the store yet. I'm just going to have to wait until it goes through for them to cancel because I went in store to buy the items I needed. the developers really need to step up your game.

App has had constant issues for years - Doesn't work with VPN on, always needs updates, and UI is unresponsive often. prices may differ at checkout than while shopping. certain items are limited to 1 per person... even a controller joystick, which I need 2 of. WHY LIMIT JOYSTICK MODULE PURCHASES??? it's not like people are scalping duelsense edge joysticks... jeez guys, get it together!

Overall the app is barely different from the website version. Same thing basically. But one problem is making this app kind of frustrating is that whenever I open my gamestop points to see my balance, it blocks my account so I have to email support about it to unblock my account. It wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't happen so often.

When you want to search for a store that has a game it always shows no stores nearby other than the one that you set as your preferred store. Even if I put up to 50 miles away it still doesn't show any other stores and I know there are stores within 30 miles of where I live. EDIT: They also need to add a feature like "wishlist" so that way we can add pre-order games or current game to a wishlist to come back to instead of having to search for a game.
