  worst app ever!!!!! they fool us by advertising 1 rupees cart but after 2 purchases it turns 9 rupees and the items are only very few. I didn't even receive my order but they automatically changed to delivered and I still have not received my refund FRAUD APP!!!! and when we called the delivery person he was saying that "I couldn't reach you it's just a few things cancel the order" what is this behaviour???

  I am writing to express my immense frustration with Instamart's completely broken search algorithm, which utterly defeats the purpose of a quick-commerce platform by wasting consumer time with highly irrelevant product listings. When I attempted to search for a "Water Cooler," the app failed to show a single relevant item, instead dumping a chaotic mix of completely unrelated inventory like instant water heaters, steam irons, immersion rods, table fans, and dehumidifiers onto my screen.

  they have the worst 😡 service ever. I order a watch and the box was Empty which I open in front of the delivery person. So I returned it. Now suddenly I got email as delivered . As I complain they attached same Ai generated msg... Sorry we don't have a way to validate or solve it... I recommend everyone don't buy anything of high price other then daily use product..

  ⭐ 1 Star — Item Missing and No Resolution Disappointed with my recent Instamart order. One of the items I paid for was missing from the delivery. When I reached out to support to get this sorted, the chat ended before the issue was actually resolved, so I was left without a refund or any real fix. Paying for an item that never showed up, with no proper support follow-through, is a frustrating experience.

  I had total order of rupees 423 which enabled me for ₹1 ice cream deal, my ice cream and other item got cancelled due to their dealer and rider issue, if i wanted something from instamart means i needed it at the earliest possible. They just delivered the item i added to make my cart greater than 199 ad the rest got refunded?! Like you can't just cancel and refund like that. all they have to reply is that connect via email for how we can get better?? Really?!

  the worst app and should be banned for fraudulent, I have ordered something and due to wrong address it was cancelled and within few seconds it showed that my refund is initiated and completed and it is in my bank account without any RRN number or anything, i tried to contact two times to customer support, they're just misleading me by saying that it will come in 2 hours please wait and after 2 hours they just disconnected me frome chat. i couldn't not contact again. still no refund amount I got
