  Paying for diesel in the app is a much better experience than the other major truck stops in my experience - there's one problem though. 2/6 of my fuel purchases in app haven't rewarded my points. They only allow 3 corrections per month, plus it's an excessive amount of effort for something that should just work. Please fix this ASAP.

  It won't let me paste in my password from my password vault. Great idea since I memorize long, complex passwords for every different app, especially ones I don't usually log into. There's noooo way I'd reuse a password or use something simple I can remember instead. Super secure. Make this app easy to use, easy to log into, and easy to secure. This is where to business needs to keep security "good" ideas in check. Thank you for making this a PIA.

  Great showers, parking, and free Wi-Fi. But the app needs work. Most of the time it doesn't work at the pump, so I have to go inside. The biggest issue is not being able to get diesel receipts in PDF format. That's important for trucking businesses and record keeping. Please fix the pump issues and add PDF receipts. It would make the app much better.

  Update: As of June 2026, the fueling part of the app has improved immensely. Super quick and convenient now. Still wish it would save some of the info like driver ID, truck number and last entered odometer. The issue now is the Wifi. You're now required to add your MAC address to the app to register your device, but it simply doesn't work. Entering the info required just boots you back to the same screen with no way to contact support to fix it. Not able to connect to the store wifi for a week.

  App is mostly broken unless you give it 24/7 access to your location, which uses a lot of resources and virtually no app should ever need. Don't let them pirate your data and suck up your phone's ram, and just go somewhere else. edit: brand new phone and talked to their tech service and it still does it. they're just stealing your data and wasting your battery.

  I love the dog park,an great stuff for my service dogs,,coffee great employees are helpful!! I drive a lot with dogs so it's a great deal for the 3 of us.

  The biggest problem about using your guys's app I like to use it because it's paperless but the problem is it takes 24 hours sometimes 72 hours to finally show the receipt in the email or even on the app this needs to get fixed

  the new I'm not a robot challenge every time I try to fuel is a major annoyance. Please get rid of this waste of time.

  everything was good. only problem is my receipt didn't get added to my rewards. very disappointing
