  I have installed/uninstalled this app 3 different times and all it keeps saying is there is a system error and then the screen freezes and I can't get anywhere! I'm trying to change my billing information, so that they pull the money from the right account! I like the ability to get my car wash anytime.I want but not at the expense of this frustration!

  Purchased a platinum membership and was charged 6 times due to a "system error". Their customer support via phone call were extremely helpful in regards to getting a refund, however their system wouldn't allow for more than 3 charges (all of which individually $32.99 btw) to be refunded. Cannot un-recommend them any less. Literally negative stars aren't selectable on here.

  Great service. If you get an unlimited account, make sure you have money in the account on that day 13th for me, because they will stop the account that day. So I was waiting for them to take payment, 10 days later 23rd, they did, but I was not able to wash the car until payment was done. The next bill was 2 wks later, which i thought I had a month before my next bill after payment. So they stop payment again 13th and they said that's the way it works even though I only got 2wks of washes. FYI

  App is non functional. Cannot login. Updated password. Still cannot login. Said error communicating with server. I went to the website in the Chrome browser and was able to log in and verify my account details and membership just fine. Total bummer because browsers in general are clunky on the go, which isn't what you need when you're on the go, at a carwash.

  I have two memberships on my account, but one of them is not showing on the app. I called customer service twice to fix the problem, and so far, I still don't see my paid membership. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, linking it, and going to the Mr. Carwash website. But I still don't see my membership! So, disappointing and frustrating!5his app is not worth the headache.

  The local sites are great!!! Exceptional staff, who are always helpful and friendly. I truly urge your company to bring back courtesy Car trash bags. Customers truly value them and it is such a great incentive to bring the regular customers back!!!!
