4.7

It's a good app overall for learning a language from scratch. I like that it explains grammar along the way and incorporates visuals. Lessons are very short, and launch immediately one after another, until you run out of free lessons (5 a day) or until you click the X botton on the bottom left and confirm that you wish to exit the lesson. The cat avatar that is assigned to you doesn't seem to be customizable, sadly. I wish they will add this feature.

The "You" page is bugging out super hard, the "tap to view" pictures are constantly rapid-fire changing. Also, I dislike the use of AI art throughout the lessons. It is lazy, cheap, and defeats the purpose of the ads I found this app through that claimed to be better than Duolingo. However, the lessons on Airlearn are a lot more useful than any other app I've used, which is why I gave 3 stars. It will be more if either/both of the points I've mentioned are fixed.

The app has gotten better at giving explanations and I found the feature to jump sections, however, I wish the correct answer was shown if the user chose the incorrect option. Additionally, a review of words learned and used in sentences would be beneficial to retain in one's memory in the long run without having to jump to sections and redo the lessons.

Good app, but if something's wrong then you can report what's wrong, but if you report what's wrong too many times in a row, the options become limited, you can still go to other and write what's wrong, but also sometimes the report button doesn't load. another thing: if you're on a free plan then it'll give you rewards, but you only get 5 hearts, some rewards only last for 1 lesson, even if it's for a longer time because you only have 5 hearts and you get that reward comes at the 4th lesson

This app is a major improvement to Dulingo users. It teaches you words and grammar. Where Dulingo is simple deduction when new words are introduced, then memorization; Airlearn actually teaches the concepts and then let's you practice applying them. It would be useful if there was a way to practice words from the vocabulary list that need improvement, instead of redoing a whole lesson, and it's not clear which words are introduced in each lesson before starting them anyway.
