  They double charge with a shady process. The app is not what is advertised. As you can see by their replies, they aren't trying to retain customers. I got on and was immediately charged a second payment. The app has a bad UI/UX. The history is basic and no search feature. The content is all text and basic knowledge and some of it is public education propaganda wrong. Very disappointing! I tried to immediately get a refund and they refused.

  I paid for the 11.99 subscription and I was charged 42 dollars. please give me a refund as I do not have 42 dollars to waste . edit: originally 1 star, nibble reached out to me with a very simple solution, so very good customer service. im sure it's a great app otherwise. update 2: 2 months later, I haven't touched this app since then and I was charged 25 dollars for no reason? my subscription has been cancelled for 2 months.

  the app itself is great. cancelling the subscription is ridiculous though. first off, it doesn't even show up in the Google store subscription list as an active sub, but besides that, when you go to cancel the subscription, you think you've achieved that, but instead there's a mandatory survey button that you must click and answer a question, in order to get the final cancellation processing button. If you don't take the survey, you don't cancel your subscription and you get charged again.

  I signed up for this app to learn about birds. I completed all the bird lessons in less than a half an hour. It was very basic, boring and irrelavant to learning about specific bird identification. The lessons were elementary and dull. I wasted $20 on this app. Don't bother and save ypur money. Thank you for your quick response. I still want my money back. When can I expect a refund?

  I don't mind paying for anything but what I don't understand is why apps don't let you get a feel for something first to see if you like it. With all the fraud out here ppl are not so willing just to put in their information first for a "free trial".Just change that detail and ppl might be more willing. Great advertising tho since I see that's what we are paying for.. uninstall

  i had an offer for 20euro which suddenly became 19 euros more , plus 9 euro more so in the end instead of 20 i was charged 50 euros?!?!? This is a dirty way to trick people!!! Also nothing from the Ad appears in the app and it's just two silly lessons for a whole topic?!? This is total scam!!! I HAVE CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND I WAS CHARGED AGAIN AFTER A WEEK!!!! SCAMMERS!
