  Looks great, but I only want to pay for a month at a time. The minimum is 3 months, or a year. $8.99 is fine, as long as I'm paying monthly...... *edit* I was NOT charged, because I did not choose to be charged and I pay attention before I put in my info. I will not try an app that wants me to pay for minimum 3 months. I WILL pay monthly. Honestly, your reply shows e that doing business with you would be difficult, because you sent an automated reply that is out of touch with what I really said.

  I've only tried it once. it seems like it could be helpful. theres a 7 day free trial then you have to pay for either 3 mo or a year at a time, so it isnt free and the free trial isnt really long enough to tell if it's helping you much. My tutor sometimes takes on a demonic voice, or a completely different voice, or a voice with a lot of feedback mixed in with it, or just a creepy voice overall...it makes it a little unsettling and I never know when it is going to happen so it freaks me out.

  It was great until I realized that you can't have them speak in your native language without paying. Then, you get a limited amount of translation. This isn't great for beginners. I'm very introverted and too scared to speak to real people. So I thought this would be perfect, and it was until I realized that I have to pay for things that should be IN the base. I get you guys need to make money for the app, but taking things that are necessary for learners (especially beginners) is not great.

  sounds like an Indian bot. is not AI interactive and impossible to cancel. in a 15 minute session it teaches you 2 words. very slow progression. I have tried many times in multiple ways to cancel and they do not send the link. emailing them does no good. I am having to cancel my card in order to block them from getting my money for their worthless product.

  I really like this app, but I wish there was a free version I could try for a while. They say there is one and that when the ad comes up just click the "X." But I just downloaded the app and there quickly came a point where you could not go on or start a level without getting on the free trial that leads to payment after 7 days. This is a real bummer for me.

  This app has helped me speak Spanish more confidently. I have absolutely noticed progress, however the structure is a little odd, as it tends to stick on one subject for many lessons. I feel I would be learning more if it had a more varied and progressive.

  so far I like the app. but I just started. I plan to update my Spanish and continue my German!
