This UI is horrible. It is no longer intuitively obvious to find schedules, but it doesn't even give you the full schedule!. previously, you could see the entire day's pickups (northbound or southbound) for ALL stations on a given "run". every stop was shown. Now, you only know when your puckup is, but no idea when you should arrive at another station.

This updated app just makes it more difficult to find what you could do in seconds on the old app. The real time bus feature is one of the most important features to me and it still doesn't work well. Out of the 5 busses that are supposed to run on my route (71) you can usually only see 1 to 3 of them on the app. Knowing what busses are or are not coming is imporand since the busses are often off schedule or miss stopps completely. It would be nice to have a heads up so you can plan. 3 Stars

Looks nicer and the live bus feed is cool but it is missing some key features that I relied on with the old app. First, there should be a list of stations to pick from. I shouldn't have to scroll around the map or type in the name. Second, it no longer gives the actual planned train schedule. Now it only shows arrivals for the next 45 minutes. How am I supposed to plan out a trip when I can't see what today's schedule is in the coming hours?

The app is easier to navigate since it is now based on exploring the upcoming trips from your current location. Every stop is also treated like a station, which is very helpful to see connections. We no longer have to know directions and time point names to look up the next bus. The app just shows times for both directions as soon as you open it. Kudos, Here's all 5 stars now.

6/1/2026 - Real-Time tracker crashed again! 3/26/26 to 4/2/2026 - No Real Time Bus Tracker because app crashed. Has a real time bus tracker, but that only works if the bus drivers turn the bus transponders on. Also, periodically (maybe 3 to 4 times a year) the bus tracker does not work at all and causes the whole app to crash for days before they fix the problem. A lot of times, you are better off using Google maps go track the actual bus arrival time.
