Literally the greatest app ever made. Let all app design teams look to this app for inspiration in its speed, variety of options, and depth of information. The user can put in starting and destination points and instantly see a wide variety of options and details down to maps showing how to move from one platform to the connecting train's platform as well as options like extending transfer times. I would love to have the option to consider connecting trains separately, but it is great as is.

This app could be really great, especially with how awesome the SBB network is. That said, it is very buggy. The app has crashed on me several times when researching connections and especially if I try to change station/direction. The app also crashes sometimes or doesn't load connections from the drag to connect feature. Finally, it also isn't always very clear which tickets are available and the price. When searching, it says tickets available from price X. However, when I click it is more.

Nice design and good ideas, but the app is too slow. Mine froze for a few minutes, and even though the agent saw it, they insisted on a fine. Instead of allowing time for the system to register, they say you should have known to buy a ticket anyway. Polite agents, but inflexible policy. procedure over purpose due to their technical problems.

Lately (last 3 versions as of this review) the Easy Ride feature has stopped functioning properly. Sometimes it will not work at all. Sometimes it will select First Class and charge you for that, even though I have never changed it from second class. If you save a trip, and try to select it to see what your transfer is, it will freeze the app. Everything about the app has gotten worse to the point of not functioning.

This app used to be great but now it started sucking to the point that is almost unusable. First of all it's slow as molasses. Second, even if you know exactly what kind of ticket you want you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get to it. It also doesn't know about delayed trains: if you select a train that it thinks has departed you can no longer buy a ticket, even if the train is delayed, even if they ticket would work on the next train. The app is too restrictive. #sad
