this app is all about buying and renting property in UAE. but if investors wants to sell, there isn't any options. investing is a waste if you cannot flip the property to reinvest again in a different property...

This is annoying. I filtered for Cash and I found almost all results with installments and the Down Payment is what the broker meant by cash.

this app is good to find apartments, unfortunately after you use this app, you'll get flooded by annoying advertising phone calls, i used this app in an unknown numbers twice tried it couple of years ago and recently, I don't know if they sell your data, but you'll start getting a lot of annoying calls, so my advice use a burner number
