  If I could give 20 stars I would!!! From the store manager, to the customer support, to the tech team, every single person came through with flying colors to provide outstanding customer service while they worked to resolve an issue that kept denying me from purchasing online for delivery. It was not an easy nor quick resolution, but each and every employee I encountered was truly the platinum standard for customer service and that speaks volumes about the corporate culture.

  this app has serious 88 issues for the visually impaired. it kept timing out before I could check out because it takes more than 10 minutes for somebody who's visually impaired to navigate through the checkout process and the payment process. took an hour and a half to figure out how to actually edit and change the quantity of the products in my cart. the recipes search is annoying and kept popping up when I was trying to find products. on the plus side delivery was fast and Shopper communicativ

  every time I place an order through the app there's always something. the time slot i picked timed out. or it won't allow me to update my card. you know sometimes people rely on the delivery service because we dont have a car but damn.... sometimes I think its best to try an different store like El Super or even Walmart they have an easier process to order groceries

  Wanted to like this,but when you open it up, it automatically carries you to a page forcing you to choose how you like to shop: delivery, in store, or pick-up. No way to get out of it except closing the app out. That alone is very frustrating. So finally I choose a Store location, just to be automatically directed to the "Home" page, & an "Error" button keeps showing up and doesn't go away no matter how many times I "Refresh" that page. That store exists, I still go shop there. Horrible Glitch.

  This would be a great app except for one problem. When you order, store employees pick your order. The problem is that, when it comes to picking produce, they're going to dump what they need to get rid of on you. If it isn't rotten produce, it is the stuff that nobody would pick on their own. If you call the store, they will happily credit you on a future order. But that is just too much trouble because it happens far too often.

  the digital coupons are usually automatically delivered and used by the store cashier at my location. I just use it to check prices.

  App takes over full screen on Pixel 10 Pro XL preventing access to any of the navigation buttons causing you to re-start the phone to get out. definitely have to uninstall
