  Honestly, I can't get the app to work at all. It takes almost 10 minutes to get to the login screen. Then, it takes about another 10 minutes to decide to tell me something went wrong when I try to log in. I can't use the create new account or lost password either, as all I get is an "error code 404, page not found," after waiting a while for either screen to load. It's faster to just walk in, get my scale ticket, adjust my tandems if needed, and then re-scale.

  I like the app a lot but for some reason at some locations, I'm not able to use the app. After I agree to pay, a pop-up displays telling me I need to activate the "alarm setting" within the app for it to function....why does your app need the alarm setting to be active in order to work? It does not happen all the time just some locations. I have android and this is annoying.

  This app saves a whole lot of hassle. It immediately tells you the axle and gross weights and if they're acceptable, you don't need to find a parking spot and go inside. If they need to be adjusted, you can take care of that and do a reweigh from the app as well. My one complaint is that it doesn't let you put in your info before going on the scale. It asks for truck, trailer, and load number. I pickup different trailers every day, so I have to edit that info every time.

  This app is great, its accurate and I haven't had any problems locating scales. It saves alot of time I feel like especially if you have to re-weigh. You can see your weight without having to go inside and you can pay all through the app. I still have to go inside to get a hard copy but you dont have to wait to see your weight then go outside and change it, then reweigh and come back inside to see the change if your legal or not.

  Got it to work once, all the other times I tried to use it I get the failed to communicate with scale equipment message. But it was real nice the one time it did work. It's been awhile and I have been using the app just fine. I was going to up the star rating to a 4 but then this new update came out and I wish I never upgraded to it. My main complaint is the print on it is too small and hard to read. I can find anyway to enlarge the print on it without changing the font size on my phone.

  not sure what happpen, app has been working find up until 2 weeks ago now all of a sudden it is asking for a payment method when my company has an account. needs access to my alarms even when im not using it. I'll weights once then on the re wight it's saying try again later. I literally having been able to use it for like 2 weeks.

  the app would be great if it worked great at locations where cell service is good. for example location 3418. just one bar and it takes for ever and a day to work.

  To me it was a good app, until a little over a month ago. for some reason it gets to the weight loading part and says something went wrong. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works. I hope it gets fixed soon.
