The public transportation guide is not reliable at all, every time I use it I either lose a lot of time or don't even get to the destination since the bus station is not even there or the bus line has been changed. The times that it actually recommends a route that is feasible to take, they are not the optimal or even suboptimal routes.

Hello, I really don’t understand why this Balad app has such huge problems with GPS?! It keeps showing GPS warnings but does nothing to fix them. Because of these pointless warnings, my route got 40 minutes longer and the app doesn’t even know where I am! It can’t show the correct path at all. When the app works like this, it’s basically useless and just wastes people’s time. Please fix this issue ASAP because it’s really frustrating!

Time estimations are not reliable. Places are wrong. Once i was looking for branchs of a restaurant, i went to 3 addresses and there were all wrong. Navigation announce turns and exit too soon and if you don't look at map you may turn wrong .

The best app especially for using public transportation. I think it's the only app that works in Iran that assists with public transportation. Google Maps doesn't allow this option in Iran

Balad is the most easy to use maps and navigation app. I appreciate people that are contributing to improve the quality of the data. It also provides live update about covid vaccination (vaccine type, guide to register, ...).
